Overview of the Hiring Process

APPLICATION TO PHONE INTERVIEW

Once you have submitted an application, our team will review your submission. If you meet the requirements, a team member will contact you to set up a phone interview. Or just call us to start the process.

PHONE INTERVIEW TO ORIENTATION

At the end of a successful phone interview, a team member will ask you to come in for an in-person orientation at our office in Pasco, Washington.

ORIENTATION TO HIRE

Upon the completion of a successful orientation and the submission of required paperwork- you will be hired!
